The APIDA Leadership Conference (TALC)

The University of Oklahoma’s Asian American Student Association (AASA) will be hosting The APIDA Leadership Conference (TALC). This conference is an annual one-day event committed to the empowerment of APIDA (Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American) high school juniors and seniors. This is a great opportunity for high school students to develop as leaders, prepare for college, and build their APIDA community. Throughout the day, students will meet fellow students of APIDA identity, participate in group-bonding activities, and learn more about the college experience. Events include leadership activities, a college student panel, an involvement fair, and presentations from OU administrators and staff. Please note that this event requires a $15 event registration fee, which will pay for your TALC shirt and other costs.
